Roll Width for Profile and Shutter Labels: Available from 3 centimeters to 2 meters
Thickness: Ranges from 50 to 80 microns
To ensure the safety and integrity of products from production to consumption, these labels offer protection against:
Damaging Ultraviolet (UV) sun rays
Exposure to harmful chemical substances
Risks of surface scratches and similar damages.
These labels are extensively used in industries such as:
- Aluminum (Al) profile production, aluminum shutter blades, UPVC, steel, wood, etc.
- Manufacturing of sandwich panels, composite panels, composite sheets, galvanized sheets, and PVC (PVC)
- Production of Corian sheets, MDF, HDF, chipboard, wood, plywood, polyester, polycarbonate, and steel
For proper storage of Profile and Shutter Label Rolls, follow these guidelines:
- To maintain roll integrity, avoid prolonged loading. Ideally, store a maximum of 50 kilograms for one month and 20 kilograms for six months.
- Rolls should be stored horizontally to prevent any change in bobbin shape.
- Store the rolls in a roofed warehouse to protect against light degradation and away from direct sunlight.
- Keep rolls dry to prevent moisture from damaging the cardboard bobbins.
- Protect from direct flame exposure to avoid melting polyethylene films and burning cardboard bobbins.
